Honey - Wildflower Classic
Our honey is a blend of nectars found in the Piedmont area of NC blooming from early April until the end of June. We only take this spring harvest as it is the largest and most flavorful. Nectars can include but are not limited to tulip poplar (the largest contributor and what usually gives the honey an amber color), blackberry, holly, virginia creeper, oak, black gum, plantain, maple, sunflower, sweet gum, magnolia, wax myrtle, and willow.
